Stagecraft gears up to face market challenges

Stagecraft complete Waitrose roll-out

The completion of a major order for Waitrose is a signal that leading design and shopfit business Stagecraft is back in full production after a disastrous fire gutted their factory in March. The Waitrose contract, to provide 20 horticultural retail pods for displaying their range of plants outside the entrance of their stores, was ready for delivery when the fire struck, levelling the company’s factory and offices at Llaithddu, near Newtown in Mid-Wales. Stagecraft shows softer side

Leading garden centre design and shopfit business Stagecraft moved away from their garden centre roots during their latest development – the Archerfield Walled Garden in East Lothian. Part of the Archerfield Estate, a new building, which contains a gift shop, farm deli, microbrewery and café / restaurant, sits within the walls of an enclosed Victorian kitchen garden, alongside the Firth of Forth, some 18 miles from Edinburgh. Stagecraft supports Plunkett Foundations efforts

The Plunkett Foundation’s aims of helping rural communities to set up shops in the face of a decline in village services, is being supported by leading shopfit business Stagecraft. The foundation supports communities to set up a range of co-operative and community initiatives, from pubs to land-based enterprises and fishing co-operatives to farming enterprises. Stagecraft back in business

Leading shopfitting company, Stagecraft is back in business following a fire that gutted its factory. The business has re-located to a factory in nearby Newtown, Mid-Wales, where new machinery has been delivered to replace the destroyed equipment. The company is currently talking to customers in a bid to fulfil orders as quickly as possible but anticipate there is likely to be delays of a week to ten days on some orders.
