Thanking our customers for a fantastic 12 months in Timber Framing
After a terrific 12 months in timber framing Stagecraft would like to thank our clients for their custom and support throughout 2018. Ray Scott, Business Development Manager at Stagecraft commented;
“This year has been a resounding success for all at the factory, we’ve given more tours for timber frame customers this year than ever before, giving clients the opportunity to see first hand the cleanliness we maintain, space in which we operate and the set-up of all equipment from one end to the other. It also provides the opportunity for clients to discuss openly specifications and manufacture requirements for their panels.
It’s been a hectic year at times and increased demand has meant greater capacity & volume requiring greater man power and equipment investment which has seen another Stromab Auto-cut arrive on site.
The high calibre of some clients that have now become regular customers has been particularly encouraging, it certainly highlights how the demand for timber frame as an industry focuses on lead times, quality and a sustainable offsite manufacture option. All existing clients are in discussions ahead for 2019 and we’re always happy to talk to anyone with an interest in how we operate and the service we provide. When clients select us to assist them in achieving capacity we aim to work as partners more than merely a sub contractor. One thing I do hear from all parties and industry research is that timber frame is gaining ground further and cementing its place in offsite construction with a greater share of overall house build. Stagecraft seem to have hit the market at the right time, priced our manufacture to attract all and the quality work has taken care of itself in recommendations”
Stagecraft’s latest customer Paul Chignell owner of Ansons Timberworks Ltd in Suffolk commented
“Using Stagecraft was hassle free and cost effective, all information was sent across as needed, Panels arrived as expected and made me wonder why I’ve never used Ray and his team at an earlier stage”
Anson’s have already used Stagecraft for 3 Cottages since November and have made further enquiries for the New Year.
“ We look forward to 2019 as another growth year, aiming to further build our customer base and enable clients to take on work they may have otherwise turned down. The increase in demand for timber frame construction has lead to many companies facing capacity issues with factory expansion often coming at too high a cost, partnering is a good way to manage growth at a rate comfortable for all. We at Stagecraft would like to wish all of our customers a Happy New Year ”
