Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business sectors matching the company’s products and services to new sectors and industries.
- Identify and target new clients within our existing business sectors.
- Act as the point of contact for projects through from customer enquiry to order completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and managing expectations
- Visit new and existing customers to conduct meetings, presentations and carry out site surveys.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis creating sales reports and forecasts.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B Sales converting inbound sales enquiries into orders
- Experience in successfully acquiring and managing new customers.
- A strong network of contacts within a relevant industry
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Experience of working in outbound sales/customer acquisition and account management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office etc)
- Excellent time management for planning, maintaining records and meeting deadlines.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple customer inquiries and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of dealing with customers and managing expectation
- Adaptable to the needs of the business including occasional nights away, travel and irregular work hours

Product Designer / Draughtsman (CAD Design)
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual with the ability to design to both suits our business needs and to clients’ briefs. You will be required to create detailed CAD representations of products, parts lists, BOMs, costing estimates, quotations, sales orders, research and source suitable materials.
There is also scope to develop your own ideas in order to expand our core product offering. It is essential to have the ability to work on your own initiative to sometimes tight deadlines and as part of a small team in order to meet our clients’ expectations and our business aims.
Key duties and responsibilities include:-
- Produce initial concept sketches and develop ideas working to client briefs
- Research market and design new products
- Produce detailed drawings for manufacturing using CAD
- Calculate BOMs and product costing/estimating
- Produce assembly instructions and parts lists for manufacture
- Design for mass production
- Produce briefs for prototyping
- Liaise with relevant departments to develop products and determine efficient manufacturing processes, pricing and assembly, being mindful of relevant Health and Safety disclaimers.
- Raise detailed quotes and order confirmations for clients
- Process requests for sales of existing core products
- Project management
- Data logging of orders, quotations, sales tasks and CAD drawings
- Multi-tasking, effective time management, working to deadlines as part of a team
- Customer interaction via email, telephone & face-to-face
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Solidworks – 3D modelling, rendering, DXFs for CNC, detailed drawings, parts lists and assembly instructions
- Full UK Driving licence
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite – particularly MS Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

Trainee CAD Technician / Trainee Draughtsperson
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee CAD Technician / Trainee Draughtsperson. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced design team to create detailed and precise CAD drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in creating detailed CAD drawings and technical specifications.
- Learn and apply industry-standard draughting techniques and software tools.
- Contribute to design discussions and provide input on optimising display solutions for both aesthetics and functionality.
- Support the design team in maintaining project documentation and records.
About you:
- An ambition and interest in becoming a CAD designer/technician
- Basic understanding of CAD software (Solidworks is a plus)

FACTORY OPERATIVE
We are looking to recruit additional Factory Operatives at our factory in Newtown, Powys to assist with our manufacturing timber-based products including Retail Display equipment, Timber Frame Panels for the housing industry and Modular Buildings.
Essential skills include –
- Manual dexterity
- Working with tools and power tools
- Working to deadlines
- The ability to follow instructions
- Working alone or as part of a team
- Good verbal communication.
Experience within a manufacturing environment and carpentry experience would be beneficial along with knowledge of H&S.
The position is initially temporary but could lead to a full-time position based on the workload and candidate’s suitability.
Work Schedule: 6:45am-5pm Monday – Thursday (39 Hours a week)
