Ruxley Manor is an award-winning destination Garden Centre of excellence situated in Sidcup on the London & Kent border.

The centre offers a wide range of high-quality indoor and outdoor plants along with anything you could want to improve both your garden and home, an on-site restaurant, tea room and food hall.

Ruxley Manor’s ‘Houseplant Heaven’
We have recently completed a Retail Display, Design, Manufacture & Installation project for Ruxley Manor’s new houseplant area.
The new ‘Houseplant Heaven’ features custom houseplant displays, shelving and a bespoke centre-piece wrapping station hut that features bespoke counters, storage solutions and shelving taking influence from the centre’s rich history when founder company H. Evans & Sons used to sell plants at Covent Garden Market.

New Seasonal Retail Area
Ruxley Manor’s new seasonal retail area was launched as the centre’s Christmas Village in 2023 and features custom retail wall shelving throughout the retail area with bespoke gondola feature shelving, custom metal frame display tables and bespoke metal frame hanging units inspired by Andrew Evans’s creative vision.
The Seasonal Retail Area is also used for outdoor living and gardening sundries in Spring and Summer seasons stocking an excellent range of outdoor furniture, BBQ’s and much more

Clothing Department
Ruxley Manor has extended their clothing area adding additional display space and clothing lines to the category. Clothing displays were developed to Andrew’s design brief creating a well-defined retail area that not only looks amazing but also offers functionality for staff and customers
Bespoke Displays designed and manufactured for the clothing area include;
- Mobile gondola clothing units that feature hanging rails, slatwall fittings and mirrors on each side of the units.
- Bespoke Mobile Gondola Display Shelving Units
- Custom Trestle Tables
- Custom slat wall shelving with bespoke cladding

Home and gift Area
Ruxley Manor’s revamped their Gift, Home & Lifestyle area in 2016, The project involved designing, manufacturing and installing a wide range of bespoke retail displays using a mixture of chunky timber, metalwork and mixed finishes to create a modern country look.
Subtle theme and display variations were used to separate categories, increase engagement and to direct customer flow giving customers a relaxed and pleasurable shopping experience.
Displays supplied in the projects include, Bespoke ‘Chunky’ Trestle Tables, Bespoke Two display tables with brand engraving, Custom Three Tier Display Tables, Nesting Gift Table Arrangement Sets, Custom Retail Shelving, Bespoke timber Home department shelving and much more.
“We were looking for a shop fitting company that could give us something different, that could work with our ideas and concepts and bring them to reality, I wanted someone flexible and willing to try new ideas, new materials and new things. I was also working to a very tight timescale so I needed someone that could commit to this project and that I could rely on to deliver. Plant Area Paradise

This glorious plant area features a large open-air oasis of colour and fragrance filled with plants, shrubs and trees along with a covered area providing a well-defined and elegant display.
