Creating Retail Theatre at BOW WOW London!
We have recently completed a retail design, manufacture & installation project at BOW WOW London.
Bow Wow was launched in 2013 spotting the need for a pet boutique in the heart of London and stocks a wide range of pet wear, accessories, fun costumes, beds, bowls and toys as well as a dog grooming salon.
Bow Wow’s founder Jason Maddocks was looking to refurbish the existing store and needed a retail display solution to maximise merchandising space.
Products include
- Bespoke Retail Shelving units made using White Gloss MFC carcass and panelling, featuring Aluminium slat wall, adjustable shelving, push-pull cupboards doors and adjustable feet with Orange Gloss MFC header panels.
- Island display unit with raised plinth and storage cupboards made of White Gloss MFC carcass and panelling featuring push-pull cupboard doors and adjustable feet.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Business Development Manager Ray Scott worked closely with Jason to develop a project brief identifying the merchandising needs, materials and colour schemes.
Ray visited the store to meet with Jason to discuss the project further and take detailed measurements of the retail area noting obstacles such as structural RSJ’s, sloping walls and chimney breasts etc.
DESIGN
The project brief was then passed on to our design team who set to work developing a range of bespoke retail shelving and display stands incorporating Bow Wow’s themes and brand colours. Our design team created a range of 3D product and layout renders ready for approval and sign-off.
MANUFACTURE
The retail shelving and display stands were then manufactured at our factory in Mid Wales using our CNC router, edge bander and assembled by our interior manufacturing team
INSTALLATION
Bow Wow’s location in Covent Garden, Central London meant that we only had an hour window for delivery and load-in, with this in mind our Installation team pre-packed the units onto pallets for easy load-in and installation at the store. The load in an installation went to plan!
