W11 Flowers were looking for bespoke florist checkout counters with florist wrapping station and display stands for their new shop W11 Flowers Notting Hill London.
After searching the internet for custom florist counters they came across our retail counters webpage and case study pages. Josh from W11 Flowers emailed our sales office enquiring about our bespoke florist counters that feature florist wrapping solutions with storage that they had seen on our Old Railway Line Garden Centre case study.
Our business development manager Ray Scott worked closely with Josh to identify the unique retail display needs, colours and themes etc advising on materials and developing a project brief for our design team.
Our in-house retail design team then began work developing made-to-measure custom florist counter with shelving, storage, wrapping station and tiered flower display stands. The design team created detailed 3D renders and layout plans ready for the customer’s approval.
The bespoke designs and plans were then approved and passed on to our manufacturing team. The florist counters, wrapping station, retail shelving and flower display stands were manufactured at our factory in Mid Wales utilising our brand-new CNC and edge banding machinery.
W11 Flowers were kept informed of the progress of order with regular updates and arrangements for the final delivery and installation of their order. The project was completed to our customers’ needs, in budget and on time.
